My Little Man...is so, so BIG!
Today was one of those days...you know, when you wake up in the morning and it seems like your child has grown during the night.
My boy was not this big when I put him to bed last night!
Now booking a limited number of family sessions for September/October in the South Haven area.

Here's something a little different for Friday...
Thanks Khaila!!! You are gorgeous, girl!
I am almost through with the proofing/posting process for the Baby Day pics. As I was going through all of the images, this one really caught my attention. I always try to catch the Moms in at least a few of the shots. I guess b/c I am a mom on the other side of the camera and I never get to be in the pictures. Sometimes these little extras work out and sometimes they don't.
This shot is just so sweet and so tender...it makes me feel the connection between this mother and her daughter. The images that make me FEEL something...whether good or bad...are the ones that I love! (Even if they aren't perfect.)
Let me know what you think about this one...
Last Saturday was my second Baby Day. We had six babies ranging in age from 6 months to 1 year and they were all in the best moods. These days are long and exhausting but also so much fun. I was much more at ease this second time around.
For the Moms...I will start posting the proofing galleries in the next couple of days. I'll send you an email with your password. Don't forget you get a 10% discount on all orders placed within the 1st week.
Thanks Khaila and Ashley for helping me out with all of the babies, and with my kids! I couldn't of done it without you!
The next baby day is March 21, space is limited so book early!
After yesterday's rain, it felt good to get outside in the yard today. It was still a bit cold, but its starting to feel like Spring. Hunter & Lily Kate are at their best when they are outside (Really, we all are!)
One of Lily's favorite things is playing in Hunter's gator. She can't drive it yet, but I'm sure it won't be long. (Note: If I try to get a picture of LK when she is all dressed up and cute, she runs, screams, cries, or just generally throws a big fit. If I try when she is wearing Hunter's old jacket and covered in dirt, cheetos and god-knows-what-else, then I get pictures like these!)
Not sure what Hunter was doing here, but he must've needed his tongue to get it right!
Aahhh! The "dirt-pile"! Its only a matter of seconds before LK starts eating the dirt. (In fact, she's got a mouth full in the second picture!)
This is my view when LK is tired, hungry, or in this case getting cold (I think).
I have a few more to post from our backyard adventures, but they will have to wait until tomorrow! Its time for bed!
