Friday, January 14, 2011 at 12:17AM Yes, Yes, Yes, I know, I have pretty much disappeared from the blog world! I'm embarrassed to even see the date of my last post! October!!! What!!!??? Ahhh, but I needed that break! :)
I didn't purposely drop the blog, it just kinda happened. One week off turned into a month and then more! Why are good habits so much easier to break than bad ones???
At the start of 2010, my only resolution was to find balance in my life. I was in a burnt out state of working WAAAY too much. My husband's support was running thin and I was missing too much of my kids lives and there was no time at all for just me. Every Mom has been there, whether they work or not. All of the many demands of life can take over if you let them! So, as the busy fall season was underway, I made conscious decisions to limit my work schedule, not miss all of the important activities and NOT skip out on sleep. And although it was a busy holiday season, just like it was for everyone, I was able to enjoy it sooooo much more!
BUT, I'm back, and I have so much to catch up on! I will be posting the highlights of all of my fall sessions and a couple of weddings. So, add me back to your favorites list! Check back, I promise there will be lots of new pictures!!!
In the meantime, I hope everyone has had a wonderful start to 2011. I know the snow and ice were a terrible inconvenience for some, but for us it was a rare treat and a cherished few days off of school and work.
I'm still contemplating my 2011 goals, once I get them ironed out, I'll share them with you here!
