Jackson, Mississippi Wedding ~ Whitney & Gabe

A couple of weeks ago a friend of mine, Jeanelle Caraway, posted on facebook that she was looking for second shooters for a couple of upcoming weddings.  I responded immediately...Me, Me, Me!  Pick Me, Please!  I always jump at the opportunity to learn and to help out a friend. :)

The wedding was at Lake Caroline in Jackson, Mississippi.  Whitney and Gabe did an awesome job with all of the details from the food, flowers, decorations, ceremony and music.  It was a beautiful wedding, and totally worth the trip out of town to second shoot!

The dress...

 More deets.  Shoes. Flowers.

This is the *boat house* (where the girls got ready).

This was the first time that I've gotten to shoot a FIRST LOOK.  (That's when the bride and groom see each other just before the ceremony, alone, and share a few moments together before everything gets underway.)

Since they did the first look, it also gave us some time to capture a few pictures before the guests arrived.
