Just wanted to share this link to The Pioneer Woman!  If you haven't seen this site, you've got to check it out.

The PW is my hero...she's a cattle rancher, an awesome photographer, writes cookbooks, home schools her 4 kids ("punks"), and is remodelling a lodge in her spare time.  I'm not sure how she does it all and maintains this highly entertaining website.
